# Train Space > AI training that keeps up with changing software. Train Space tracks product updates and refreshes practical lessons, so teams learn the tools they use today. Last checked: 2026-11-04 Train Space is a subscription to staying current, not a point-in-time course. AI tools are the first example; the same engine is built for any application a company runs on. ## Key facts - Live courses: Microsoft Copilot (as of 30 October 2026), AI essentials (free), AI on real work, Agents and automation, and a required yearly Cybersecurity program. - In preparation: Claude, ChatGPT and Codex, Google Gemini. - Every lesson cites the vendor's own pages; lessons whose sources expire fail the build. - Each lesson: watch, read, try on your own work, then a check scored on the server. - Managers see who is current as of any date and can export the record. - Cybersecurity program: built to support SOC 2 CC1.4 and CC2.2. Train Space does not claim to make a company SOC 2 compliant. - Pricing: AI essentials and a company evaluation are free; otherwise per seat per year. - App and sign-in: https://app.trainspace.dev/login. Only 39% have had any AI training from their company. (Microsoft and LinkedIn, Work Trend Index, 2024: https://news.microsoft.com/source/2024/05/08/microsoft-and-linkedin-release-the-2024-work-trend-index-on-the-state-of-ai-at-work/) - 51 days of work a year are lost to technology friction, and nearly half of that time comes from missing guidance, not broken tools. (WalkMe, State of Digital Adoption, 2026: https://www.walkme.com/news-releases/enterprises-lose-51-workdays-per-employee-to-technology-friction-annually-despite-record-ai-investment-walkme-global-study-of-3750-finds/) - $21M a year is what organizations waste, on average, on SaaS licences nobody uses. That is 14.2% more than the year before. (Zylo, SaaS Management Index, 2025: https://zylo.com/news/2025-saas-management-index) - 36% of employees say the AI training they got was enough. (Slack Workforce Index, 2024: https://www.salesforce.com/news/stories/ai-adoption-at-work-stats/) - 2.1x as likely to use AI often when their manager backs it. Only 28% strongly agree their manager does. (Gallup, 2025: https://www.gallup.com/workplace/694682/manager-support-drives-employee-adoption.aspx) - 62% of breaches involved a person, up from 60% the year before. Train Space is training that keeps up with the software your company runs. When a tool such as Microsoft Copilot ships, renames or retires a feature, the lesson, the check and the record change with it, so your people learn the version on their screen this week. ### Which tools does it cover? The Microsoft Copilot course is live, dated as of 30 October 2026. Courses for Claude, ChatGPT and Codex, and Google Gemini are in preparation. There are also three general AI programs (AI essentials, AI on real work, Agents and automation) and a required yearly Cybersecurity program. AI tools come first, but the engine is built for any application a company runs on. ### How do you keep courses current? Every lesson cites the vendor's own pages. Vendor release notes and roadmaps are read into a review queue, a person rewrites and approves each change, a lesson whose cited page changes is flagged for a recheck, and a lesson whose sources pass their expiry date fails the build, so it can't ship stale. ### How do I know people actually learned it? Each lesson ends with a short check scored on the server, done on the person's own work. Managers see who is current today, not who sat a course a year ago, and can export the record. ### How much does it cost? The AI essentials program is free, and a company can evaluate Train Space for free. After that it is a subscription per seat per year. Use the form on this page for a quote. ### Is it SOC 2 compliant? No training tool makes a company SOC 2 compliant on its own. The Cybersecurity program is built to support the security awareness criteria (CC1.4 and CC2.2): yearly training, current policies acknowledged, and an export your auditor can read.
